Pour l’heure, je ne peux que conseiller à l’Organisation Africaine de déployer instamment 5000 militaires au BURUNDI, en y associant des équipe de médiateurs et de négociateurs afin de canaliser les forces en présence – l’armée burundaise après défection de ses soldats devenus « rebelle » ne comptant certainement pas plus de 3 à 4000 hommes – en associant à cette initiative les journalistes et juristes qui devront se charger de recueillir tous témoignage et preuves de crimes de guerre, sachant qu’il faudra à terme que cette armée , pour ne pas réitérer les erreurs passée, sache viser et réaliser une transition démocratique sanctionnée par un vote au suffrage universelle. Du point de vue médiatique : cette armée africaine devra être en mesure de faire de ce conflit un combat exemplaire relayée par des reportages que l’ensemble de l’Afrique ne manquera pas de regarder et commenter. Il sera également nécessaire que l’Organisation Africaine dénonce par toutes preuves ce que cache ce conflit, c’est à dire qu’il faudra dire aux opinions publiques les circuits financiers sous-jacent au conflit, en déterminant les responsabilités éventuelles d’acteurs extérieur.
Car ne nous y trompons pas 2016 verra soit l’affirmation d’une nouvelle puissance dans le concert des nations, en l’occurrence l’Afrique. Soit un continent morcelé, déchiré par la guerre et la misère, vidé de son sang par la corruption de ses élites. Soit après cette guerre un continent prêt à diffuser sa propre monnaie et capable de traiter d’égal à égal avec ses anciennes métropoles, en profitant pleinement de leur mise en concurrence, tant dans le secteur énergétique qu’agricole.
Pour aujourd’hui je ne m’exprimerai pas sur le conflit soudanais, j’attends de l’Organisation Africaine qu’elle fasse preuve demain de fermeté et sache oser opposer à la barbarie la nécessaire justice. Or bien souvent la justice sur le sol africain consiste à démêler les fils qui guident les forces en présence comme s’il s’était agit de pantin en dénonçant le ou les marionnettiste…
