A cette fin, le PROJET, les pays doivent en être conscient préfigure UNE REVOLUTION DU SYSTEME DE L’ASSURANCE MONDIALE tant concernant la sphère virtuelle que quant au déploiement assisté « étatiquement » de son ECONOMIE REELLE, afin de répondre au mieux aux indémnisations des Etats et des sociétés pour les dommages climatiques qui seraient les leurs.
