AMENDEMENT A LA CONVENTION DE GENEVE
Mes dames, messieurs puisque la CONVENTION DE GENÈVE portant sur la question du « RÉFUGIÉ » un regard tout militaire qui ne conviendrait que si la guerre durait jusqu’en 2050, et qu’alors c’est bien à 250 millions de réfugiés qu’auraient à faire tous les Pays du Monde, redéfinissons ce statu, si vous le voulez bien.
Un réfugié quitte son habitat premièrement parce qu’il n’est pas satisfait dans ses besoins fondamentaux définis par la pyramide de « MASLOW », soit il a faim, soit il a soif, soit il ne peut travailler, soit il ne trouve d’époux ou d’épouse, soit il est le sentinelle de sa famille et doit assurer sa survie par paiement électronique dans une aire moins impactée climatiquement – soit , selon la convention de GENEVE, il est un civil fuyant les bombes, les meurtres de masses, les enlèvements contre rançon, les viols, les expropriations… Sachez si vous avez lu mes articles précédant que ces réfugiés sont les même.
En conséquence, soit ils seront accueillis équitablement, et répartis pour l’EUROPE s’entend, selon le plan élaboré par Madame Merkel et François Hollande principalement, soit les rues seront parcourue de hordes de désœuvrées alimentant le travail souterrain, payés qu’ils seront par ces même moyens électroniques de paiement que diffusent les banques pour recycler leur argent déjà sale, qu’ont utilisée les terroristes du vendredi 13.
1000 milliard sont perdus sur Terre par trop de corruption, 70 milliard échappent à l’impôt français chaque année Monsieur le Président, voulez-vous que je sois le ZOLA du XXIème siècle ?
Il serait pourtant facile et de défendre le petit agriculteur, son indépendance énergétique et de faciliter comme en EQUATEUR le passage à une agriculture sans pesticides qui appauvrit les sols, déchiquette les touffes de forêt et ne permet pas à la terre de retenir tout le CO2 qu’elle pourrait retenir par suite de la mort de sa flore et sa faune , ces vers qui pèsent encore à cette heure sur TERRE plus que la masse de tous les animaux réunis, mais qui sont eux aussi en voie d’extinction ou plutôt de modification génétique ( je pense aux vers de la steppe dont on dit qu’ils déchargent de l’électricité à qui les approches à moins d’un mètre, leur longueur supposée justement).
Alors prenez les bonnes mesures Monsieur le Président, vous le savez je peux gronder comme un volcan.
nb : la question de l’irrigation des sols sera débattue ultérieurement.
