Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said « You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. » She put the shell to her ear and screamed. First of all I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
